Age of Aquarius and 2012

The Age of Aquarius is an exciting phenomenon for astrologers. It is the new age in the astrological cycle. Currently, the world is in the Age of Pisces as most people agree. Meanwhile, believers that the Aquarian Age is a New Age say that the coming of this age will correspond to a global shift in consciousness. The theory is based on an apocalyptic vocabulary that dates back to the 1950s.

There are still plenty of theories about the Aquarian Age that up until today, scholars are continue debating over which theory is accurate. Some expect doomsday on 2012, some say that it is the end of materialism and the beginning of higher consciousness. For Christians, they say Christ will return.
